THE CHALLENGE
The People Perspective (PPL) was launching a brand-new business model: HR services as a subscription. Their vision was to provide on-demand support for organizations that need HR expertise, templates, SOPs, training videos and fractional HR assistance without the cost of a full-time hire.
To succeed, PPL needed a platform that could segment subscribers by payment level, control access to resources, manage monthly subscription resets and handle customer support inquiries seamlessly. They also wanted to track usage, accept payments and create a smooth experience for both subscribers and their internal team.

SMART CONTENT & SEGMENTATION
We built smart content rules and dynamic lists to organize subscribers by tier and reset access each month. This ensures that every subscriber saw only the templates, SOPs and training videos relevant to their plan. Private content features within HubSpot provides an extra layer of control, creating a seamless and personalized experience.
WEBSITE MIGRATION & COHESION
To deliver this subscription model effectively, we rebuilt the PPL website in HubSpot using Power Theme modules. The result was a modern, cohesive site that integrates the subscription portal directly into the user experience.
ON-DEMAND SUPPORT WITH HUBSPOT HELP DESK
For customer support, we implemented HubSpot Help Desk as the backbone of their operations. Subscribers can reach out via call, chat or email, and every request is logged in HubSpot. This gives the entire PPL team visibility into past tickets and active issues, enabling consistent, cross-team support without missing a beat.
THE RESULTS
With this setup, The People Perspective successfully launched a scalable subscription model that allows them to serve clients of all sizes. Subscribers now enjoy a tailored experience with access to the right resources for their plan, while the PPL team benefits from streamlined operations and centralized support.
