HubSpot’s new suggested email sending times feature takes the guesswork out of scheduling by identifying when your contacts are most likely to engage. With smarter send times, you can make every email count.

 

What Is It?

Boost engagement by using AI-powered send time recommendations. This feature helps you deliver marketing emails when your audience is most likely to open, click and convert.

 

Why Does It Matter?

Timing can make or break an email campaign. Sending messages when recipients are most active improves open and click-through rates, enhances campaign performance and reduces the risk of emails being overlooked or flagged as spam.

 

How Does It Work?

  1. When scheduling your email campaign:
  2. Go to Marketing-Email
  3. Select the email you would like to send out
  4. On the left, click on the clock icon
  5. Select “Schedule for Later”
  6. Enter the date you want to send
  7. Click 'Suggest best time to send'
  8. The optimal send time for your audience will be automatically generated and displayed in the 'Time' field.
