For businesses managing multiple HubSpot accounts, replicating assets across portals has always been time-consuming. HubSpot’s latest update allows Enterprise users to copy automated marketing emails and forms from one HubSpot account to another–no more manual recreations or duplicate work, just seamless asset transfer that saves time and reduces friction.

This update changes the game by allowing users to:

How It Works
To start using this feature, you must join the beta for each HubSpot account you want to copy assets from and to.
Step-by-Step Guide
Join the beta program from at least two HubSpot Enterprise accounts. Each account must opt in individually.
- Navigate to the Multi-Account page within HubSpot Settings.
- Click "Start Copying" and select the destination account.
- Choose the marketing emails or forms you want to copy.
- Once the process is complete, you will receive a notification confirming the transfer.
For marketing emails, you can also initiate the copy directly from the Marketing Emails page by selecting emails and choosing "Copy to another account."
Eligibility & Requirements
To use this feature, accounts must:
- Be Enterprise-tier HubSpot accounts
- Be production accounts (not Sandbox or Enterprise trials)
- Have data hosted in the same region
- Have Super Admin access in both the source and destination accounts
