As of December 5th, 2023, HubSpot has introduced the AI Content Assistant to workflows, specifically in the Send Email and Send Internal Email Notification actions. This means the powerful content creation capabilities you've come to love in the email tool are now seamlessly integrated into your workflow actions.

Content creation, whether for a blog post, email or knowledge base article, is a daily task that demands time and creativity. HubSpot's AI Content Assistant in workflows allows you to save time and increase efficiency.

How Does It Work?

Integrating the AI Content Assistant into your workflows is a breeze. When setting up the Send Email or Send Internal Email Notification actions:

1. Click the dedicated icon or use the "/" slash command to generate your content.
2. If you've already written content, highlight it and click the icon to rewrite, expand, shorten or even change the tone according to your needs.

Who Gets It?

This exciting update is in public beta and available to users across various HubSpot hubs, including Marketing Pro, Marketing Enterprise, Operations Pro, Operations Enterprise, Sales Pro, Sales Enterprise, Service Pro and Service Enterprise.
