Access Signature Settings:

  • Navigate to Settings > General > Email and click Manage email signatures under Configure. 




Create and Manage Signatures:

  • Add new signatures with ease. Create and Manage Signatures.
  • Edit existing signatures to customize them to your specific needs.
  • Set a global default signature that will be used when no other signature is specified.
  • Define account-level default signatures for specific email addresses.




Use Signatures in the CRM:

  • Easily switch between signatures within the email composer.
  • Make one-time edits to a signature and save those changes for future use.
