Good news for teams on the go: HubSpot just rolled out full mobile calling capabilities for Sales and Service Hub users. Now, you can answer incoming calls to your HubSpot number directly from the mobile app, eliminating blind call forwarding and missing out on valuable contact context.

Until now, taking HubSpot calls on mobile meant sacrificing context and control. This update changes that. You get the same functionality you rely on at your desk, right from your phone. It’s a smoother, smarter way to stay connected with your contacts, no matter where you’re working.
To activate mobile calling:
Once enabled, calls to your HubSpot number will ring through your iOS or Android app. You'll see who's calling, access their CRM record and be able to take notes or record just like you would on your desktop.
Note: This feature currently supports HubSpot numbers assigned to individual users. Inbox or Help Desk routing will be added in future updates.
This update is available to Sales Hub and Service Hub users (Starter tier and above) on both iOS and Android devices.
