Once a time is chosen, the contact adds their details to schedule the meeting and voila! The creator receives a notification, and the meeting is seamlessly added to each participant's calendar.

Similar to group meetings, the tool checks custom availability against team members' integrated calendars, blocking off busy times. When none are available, contacts can select any time when at least one team member is free, simplifying the scheduling process. Once a time is chosen, the contact adds their details, and the team member available during that slot is booked for the meeting, receiving a notification and the meeting is automatically added to their calendar.
Please note: If a user included in the round robin meeting has their calendar disconnected, the tool assumes they are always available. Additionally, when using the "Prioritize contact owner" setting, scheduling options may vary based on the ownership status and availability of contacts and team members.
