Mistakes happen, but they can have a significant impact on your customer relationships and experiences. That's why HubSpot has enhanced their system to identify workflows and lists that align with the properties in your import. Now, you can seamlessly assess whether your import will affect a list or workflow without the need to navigate through multiple tools.
After completing the mapping step of your import, click next. On the final details step, you'll now see a new section where the downstream impact of your import is shown.
When you click into this, you'll discover a comprehensive list of the workflows or lists that could be influenced by your import, showcasing the common properties between your import and the list/workflow.
If the list of impacted workflows or lists happens to be longer than expected, you can filter this sidebar by selecting a specific property from your import. Additionally, you can click on any list or workflow to investigate further.
