From here, you can...

  • Click on an upcoming meeting to prepare for it, or
  • Click on a past meeting to log meeting outcomes and initiate follow-up tasks

Suggested activities provide preparation tips, highlight relevant research for your upcoming conversation and display information about the individual(s) you are meeting with, including a summary of their records in your CRM, their current tech stack and any recent interactions.

The meeting assistant additionally identifies any necessary follow-up actions post-meeting, such as suggesting the logging of notes and sending a follow-up email to finalize the engagement.

Meeting Assistant will display a call summary for portals utilizing HubSpot Calling with transcriptions and recordings enabled. Additionally, it offers the convenience of AI-generated content to swiftly send a follow-up email customized to your recent discussion.
