Assets stored in the Files tool under Library can be used to level up your emails, social media, content marketing, sales, etc. Until now, the actual contents of each file have not been available.
With this update, public files will now be analyzed, extracting descriptions and tags that accurately depict their content and, in some cases, provide excerpts or transcripts. By integrating this data into various sections of HubSpot, we can revolutionize content creation and management. Ultimately, this process will transform the contents of a file into a searchable and user-friendly database, empowering multiple tools to optimize performance within a portal.
To enable this feature, click on the Settings gear in the upper right corner of your portal. Scroll down to AI Assistants under settings. Scroll down to File analysis and turn the toggle on.
Customers will NOT be automatically enrolled in this analysis without the approval of an admin on each portal. Only files labeled as public and stored on the Files tool will undergo scanning. We advise against storing files with sensitive information in the Files tool.
