HubSpot has added a dedicated Screen Capture icon directly into the chat widget. When clicked, visitors on desktop or tablet can instantly take a screenshot of their current screen and attach it to the conversation. This eliminates the need for external snipping tools or the "save-as-and-upload" dance.
"A picture is worth a thousand words" is especially true in customer support.

This feature is managed within your Help Desk or Inbox settings. To enable it for your visitors:
Navigate to Chatflows: Go to your HubSpot portal and head to Chatflows.
Access Settings: Hover over a specific chatflow, click More and select Inbox or Help Desk settings.
Find Web Chat: Under the settings menu, navigate to the Web Chat section.
Toggle the Switch: Turn on the Screen Capture Button setting.
